Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BerezaWP website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

BerezaWP provides professional WordPress development services including but not limited to:

• Custom WordPress website development
• WooCommerce e-commerce solutions
• Website maintenance and support
• Performance optimization
• Security services
• Website maintenance and updates

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
• Provide timely feedback and approvals during the project
• Ensure you have rights to any content provided for use on your website
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Pay for services according to agreed-upon terms

Project Terms

Quotations and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing depends on project scope and requirements. Additional work beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project agreements
• Late payments may result in work suspension

Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and content delivery. Delays in providing required materials may extend project completion dates.

Intellectual Property

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos). You grant us permission to use this content for the purpose of completing your project.

Development Work

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom code and design work created specifically for your project. We retain the right to reuse general coding techniques and concepts.

Third-Party Components

Some projects may include third-party themes, plugins, or software which remain subject to their respective licenses.

Warranties and Limitations

Service Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project completion for fixing bugs and issues directly related to our work. This does not cover changes requested after approval or issues caused by third-party updates.

Limitation of Liability

BerezaWP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Website Hosting and Maintenance

If you use our maintenance services:

• We will maintain regular backups but recommend you keep independent backups
• We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
• Emergency support is available 24/7 for active maintenance clients

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for all work completed to date
• Deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client
• Deposits for uncompleted work may be non-refundable

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial information, and login credentials.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
