In this program, students learn the full creator journey the way their favorite YouTubers do it. They start by planning a fun video idea, then record it and edit like a pro in DaVinci Resolve, the same free editing software used by real creators. Because they are building something they are excited to share, the lessons feel like play, while the skills they gain, storytelling, planning, and attention to detail, last a lifetime.
From there, learners go beyond editing. They explore Minecraft block coding to bring interactive ideas to life and discover the basics of web design by building a simple web page of their own. Every class is beginner-friendly, matched to each child's age and ability, and grounded in safe, parent-approved publishing habits, so whether they are brand new or ready for a challenge, they grow with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions
What ages is the video creation and web design program for?
The program is built for kids and teens, typically ages 8 and up. Younger students focus on storytelling, recording, and guided editing, while older students take on more advanced DaVinci Resolve techniques, block coding, and web design. Every class is matched to the learner's age and skill level, so beginners and more experienced creators both feel challenged and supported.
Does my child need any experience to start?
No experience is needed. Many students join having never edited a video or built a web page before. We start with the fun part, planning and filming a video, then introduce editing, block coding, and web design one step at a time. Students who already create content can jump ahead to more advanced projects at their own pace.
What will my child actually learn?
Students learn the full creator journey, from planning a video idea and recording it to editing in DaVinci Resolve, designing eye-catching thumbnails, and publishing safely. They also explore Minecraft block coding and the basics of web design, building a simple web page of their own. Along the way they grow in storytelling, creativity, and confidence with technology.
Is publishing videos online safe for my child?
Safety comes first in every class. We teach kid-friendly, parent-approved publishing habits, including privacy settings, what to share and what to keep private, and how to stay positive online. Families stay in control of whether and where videos are published, and we walk you through every step.
What software or equipment do we need?
We walk you through everything and provide the lesson materials and project files. DaVinci Resolve is free, and we help set up the editing and coding tools during class, so families do not need to figure out the technical side on their own. A computer with internet access and a way to record video is all you need to get started.
