Our Game Development & Coding programs turn screen time into skill-building time. Kids and teens learn to write real code while building games, robots, 3D worlds, and videos, so the learning feels like play even as the skills run deep.
Students start wherever they are. Younger learners explore block coding, LEGO robotics, and guided projects, while older students take on Roblox, Minecraft, Python, Java, Unity, and AI. Along the way, every project builds problem-solving, creativity, and the confidence to turn an idea into something real.

What ages are the coding and game development programs for?
Our programs welcome kids and teens, typically ages 7 and up. Younger students start with block-based coding, LEGO robotics, and guided projects, while older students take on real Python, Java, Lua, Unity, and AI challenges. Every class is matched to the learner's age and skill level, so beginners and experienced coders both feel supported and challenged.
Does my child need any coding experience to start?
No experience is needed. Most students begin having never written a line of code, and we start inside games and tools they already love so the learning feels like play. Students who already code can jump ahead to more advanced projects at their own pace.
Are classes online or in person?
Both. We offer live online classes for families across Connecticut and beyond, plus in-person options in the Hartford area. Lessons come in private one-on-one, small group, and camp formats, so you can pick the setting and schedule that fit your child best.
What skills will my child actually build?
Beyond learning to code, students build problem-solving, logical thinking, creativity, and confidence with technology. They design and finish real projects, from published games and 3D worlds to robots and videos, gaining skills that carry into school and future careers.
